Frank Wilson

Born in 1959, in Jackson, Frank is the 3rd child of 5.  He was interested in music at a very young age.  Frank's musical influences were encouraged by his mom who played the piano and sang, and Uncle Bud, who played guitar and sang.  At the age of 10 years, Frank got his very own guitar for Christmas (Sears Silver Tone).

Frank played saxophone from 5th through 8th grade at Hanover Horton.  He was asked to join the stage band in  9th grade and jumped at the chance to play his very own electric guitar.

Frank also played in several garage bands until the age of 21.
Then the work career took over.  Frank then started playing guitars around campfires and for fun at get togethers.

At the age of 34 Frank started a basement band in his very own house after getting divorced, and a change of work schedule allowed him to start his own band.

Frank had the basement band for 9 years and acquired a stock of guitars and electrical equipment.  Due to a band member having to relocate to another state, the basement band slowly dissolved.  It was then that Dave and Chris approached Frank and asked if he would be interested in playing in a string band.  Frank jumped at the idea.
